I use bottled pasta sauce in my no-boil lasgana recipe and use 2 jars

of sauce. I make sure to cover the bottem of the pan with sauce and

that all " exposed " noodles have sauce on them, cover with foil for

about the first 40 minutes of baking. It's always turned out great!

I use homemade sauce, but also don't boil... and I don't use no-boil

noodles... I've done it in the microwave for ages! always came in

handy in AZ when I didn't want to heat the house to make dinner! I

also toss in some fresh tomatoes if I have them... I just love it

that way!

not that i'd mind that this week.. or in DC! =)
