[recipe] Angel Frost

This is a yummy drink that all the " angels " in your life

will appreciate; put a shot of rum in the glass before

serving your " devils " . ;p

 

Angel Frost

 

3/4 cup pink lemonade concentrate

1 cup soy or almond milk

1 package (10oz) frozen strawberries in syrup, partially thawed

1 pint vanilla soy or rice ice cream

fresh strawberries, optional

 

In a blender, combine the lemonade concetrate, milk,

strawberries and ice cream; cover and process until

smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh strawberries

if desired.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings (about 1 quart)
