Pastry flour for fig bread PT

OK PT I promise today I will post the fig bread recipe for you. Here's the type

of pastry flour I used:

" Arrowhead Mills " pastry flour. It's a whole grain pastry flour. You can use

a lighter type pastry flour if you wish. I love the way this brand gives the

bread a deep hearty texture and makes one slice enough to go with a good cup of

tea or along side your breakfast. I wanted to share the recipe with both

groups. Give me a couple hours. Zoom..........
