~ You are most welcome, and thank you for the good

report. i enjoy reading when a person tries a recipe that

i have loved to make in the past. They are so delicious

and so simple, too. :)

Made this tonight as part of our christmas dinner... "

~ This sounds so good, and so elegant. i love cauliflower

and the addition of the red pepper flakes is something i will

definitely try next time i make them breaded style. Thank you

for the recipe.

i also enjoyed reading about how you spent your holiday

time with family in your " Happy Day " post. Have fun with

that smoothie maker and the hand blender! You will use

that hand blender so much; i do mine and consider them

a kitchen gadget must-have tool. My Grandma gave me

hers ages ago, and she called it a " milkshake maker "

and claimed she never used it as she wasn't fond of

milkshakes! *lol* Well, i hardly ever use it for milkshakes,

but it is perfect for soups and sauces and i can't imagine

being without it.

The test of our progress is not whether we add more

to the abundance of those who have much, it is

whether we provide enough for those who have

too little.
