Guest guest Posted December 25, 2005 Report Share Posted December 25, 2005 Made this tonight as part of our christmas dinner, along with Quorn turky loaf, frozen beans from the garden, fried polenta triangles and a white gravy. Breaded Cauliflower Serves 2 1/2 head cauliflower, cut into small florets 3 Tbsp butter 1/3 c bread crumbs 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes Steam the cauliflower. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a medium sized saute pan. When melted, add the breadcrumbs and red pepper flakes and stir to incorporate all the butter.
