Rosenkohl in Bier (Brussels Sprouts in Beer) 1 lb of brussels, fresh ones Beer, to cover in saucepan (any brand) 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine Trim and wash sprouts, place X with knife on bottom of sprouts and place in pan. Cover with beer and bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook about 15 minutes. Drain and add the salt and butter. Ready now to serve. for Good - Make a difference this year.
