Help needed - book review Christie

Christie,

I'd love to hear a review from you on Rose's cookbook. I found this on

line recently when I was searching for a vegetarian mincemeat recipe.

There are many things that my mom used to make over the holidays that

I've vegetarianized so I can still enjoy them.

 

Some things I'm making for our Boxing Day party:

 

mince tarts

soysage rolls

veggie sushi

mushroom bread

the infamouse Rotel dip (can of Rotel and velveeta cheese)

Ray's punch he recently posted

I might try a trifle, we'll see.

 

and James is going to make cheesecake, marinated tofu and cannoli.

 

I have all the ingredients to make the mince, so once I make it, I'll

make sure to post it.
