Guest guest
Kickin' Spinach Dip 2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped spinach, thaw & squeeze hard 1 vegetarian bouillon cube crushed up 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 cup mayo 1/4 cup sour cream 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed 1/4 cup minced onions 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco (I use more) 1 1/4 teaspoons white pepper 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts chopped up In a small bowl combine bouillon, lemon juice to dissolve, set aside. In a medium bowl combine mayo, sour cream, dill, onion, Tabasco, white pepper and water chestnuts. Stir in the lemon juice and bouillon mixture, stir in spinach and mix well. Pour in a glass container and refrigerate until ready to use. When you serve it just put the box of crackers next to it. This is about the hardest thing I know how to make but I'm learning from all you members and happy about it too. Later, Joseph
