Spinach Artichoke Dip recipe for Mike

I've been a lurker. Hi everyone, my name is Lily.

This is a favorite dip. Not for the dieter but then again

it's a good one for the holidays and my guests clean the bowl instantly.

 

Spinach Artichoke Dip

 

2 cups Pamesan cheese

1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed, lightly drained

1 14oz. can artichoke hearts, drained cut in half

2/3 cup sour cream

1 cup cream cheese

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 garlic cloves, crushed in a press

 

Heat over to 375

Mix Parnesan cheese, spinach and artichoke hearts together.

Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture.

Place in a round baking dish and bake for 20 to 30 minutes

Serve out of the oven with crackers, mini toasts, large chunks

or bread or even plain tortilla chips.
