Thanks, Mya!! :-) Brown has been that for me to, so I was checking to see if you'd figured it out... :-) I only ever cook brown at home, unless I'm making risotto, so I guess I'll stick my tried-n-true stovetop method. Interesting that some of the puddings call for cooked rice, while others do not. I prefer the latter. That's the whole idea of a slow cooker, right? Also, though not a vegan, I only consume milk in fermented forms, so I'm wondering how the vegans in the house would transform these rice pudding recipes?
