Guest guest Posted December 20, 2005 Report Share Posted December 20, 2005 @@@@@ Caramel Rice Pudding #56778 3 cups cooked white rice 1/2 cup raisins 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon Spray the inside of a 2-3 1/2 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together except the sugar and cinnamon. Pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until all of the liquid is absorbed. Stir and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
