Guest guest Posted December 20, 2005 Report Share Posted December 20, 2005 @@@@@ Crockpot Rice Pudding 2 1/2 cups cooked rice 1 1/2 cups scalded milk 2/3 cup white or brown sugar 3 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. vanilla 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 cup raisins 3 tablespoons soft butter Combine all ingredients. Pour into a buttered baking dish which will fit into slow cooker. (This can also be poured directly into a buttered crockpot.) Cook on high 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Stir every 10 minutes during first 30 minutes. Recipe can be doubled.
