Mya Baked Garlic Asparagus 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley 1/4 cup olive oil 1 to 1/4 lbs. asparagus, washed and bottom ends broken off salt and pepper Saute garlic and parsley in oil for 3 minutes. Take asparagus and lay on a cookie sheet lined with foil for easy clean up. Don't overlap. Pour garlic oil over asparagus and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
