Sandy CROCKPOT RICE PUDDING 3/4 cup short grain white rice (use short grain in this recipe) 1 (13 1/2 oince) can evaporated milk 2 cups water full nor scant 1/3 cup of sugar 1/2 cup raisins 2 teaspoons vanilla 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 cinnamon stick (3 inch) dash of cinnamon and nutmeg for the top Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and stir to mix. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg over top. Cover and cook 4 to 5 hours on low , or 2 to 2 1/2 hours on high. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
