Guest guest
This sounds so good. Does anyone have more " no bake " cookie recipes? Do you just take the mixture, spread out on wax paper (on a cookie sheet), set in fridge for a few hours and cut with cookie cutters? S. The melted chocolate and pb get semi-hard, and the oats are all mixed in... sort of like a soft-ish pb fudge with oats in it. Really good though, and especially easy to make! An ice-cream scoop makes fast work of the spoonfuls.
