Guest guest Posted December 19, 2005 Report Share Posted December 19, 2005 Pinto Bean Dip (you can add a chopped tomato to this) 2 cups pinto beans 1/4 cup mayonnaise (vegan or regular) 1 clove garlic -- minced 1/4 cup chopped onions 1 1/2 teaspoons dried red chiles ground or a minced serrano chili 1/4 teaspoon salt pepper to taste Pinto beans can be home cooked or canned.
