Crustless Spinach Quiche recipe request Jane

You're welcome. The other is a good crustless quiche but I think this one is

better. I had to locate my recipe. I could have sworn I posted it in the past

but I get so overwhelmed, it's hard to remember if a recipe got in here or not.

Enjoy. They are good on the buffet table since they are so easy to serve.

I didn't think to put Parmesan on top...good idea.
