Guest guest
This is a very nice salad that is different/special. Great to take to potlucks as you needn't worry about it staying warm or cold. It really is best served at room temp. But i have been known to enjoy the leftovers straight out of the refrigerator. Green Bean Sesame Salad 1 pound fresh green beans 2 Tbs. olive oil 1 Tbs. lemon juice 2 Tbs. sesame seeds, toasted 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1/8 tsp. pepper In a saucepan, cover beans with water; cook until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse in cold water; place in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Serve at room temperature.
