Guest guest
Good for Meg. I know you're proud of her. If she won't try the lentil loaf will she try one of the other loaves? There are others. I take it she doesn't like lentils? Donna moonspritetopaz <moonspritetopaz wrote: My finicky daughter believes wholeheartedly that vegetarian is the way to go. In fact she's working towards being vegan! She's given up milk (after a drinking a gallon a week!) She's normally very quiet & introverted (unless you put broccoli on her dinner plate). She's working on the school paper this semester - and for her last article has chosen veganism as her topic. A rather bold step - we do live in dairy country after all. Every article Meg references, the teacher declares an opinion, not fact. But she is moving forward and I'm very proud of her for standing up for what she believes in. Now if she'd just try the lentil loaf..... Cyndy " Obedient women are never remembered in history. "
Guest guest
LOL Donna! It's much easier to list the foods she will eat! Way back when, chicken was her meat of choice (and those gawd awful BK nuggets at that!) Now I can't get her to try any of the Quorn products. I keep presenting her with choices. One of these days she'll opt for more variety...... Cyndy
