Guest guest
Kids love cold or room temperature pizza. Could you make a dough and do this from the files? They would travel well. Sue Mini Deep Dish Pizza's (or pizza shapes) Pizza dough either homemade or from the store Your favorite sauce Your favorite toppings (veggie pepperoni, cheese, onions, etc.) Preheat oven to 425 degrees Take a muffin tin and lightly olive oil and let the kids press pizza dough inside, make a thin cup shape. Fill with a little sauce and topping . You can also roll the dough out and let the kids use cookie cutters and make pizza shapes, place on oiled cookie sheet and cover dough with sauce and topping. Bake until done 6-10 mins. When kids help you cook they more than likely even ask for seconds. , " artichoke72x " <artichoke72x> wrote: > > hi everyone, > > i need to take a covered dish to my son's school > tomorrow. i'm not sure what to make. i have been > looking thru the files, but nothing has jumped out at > me. i need something good that will appeal to all > ages and be good at room temperature. another > snag....it's raining ice right now and i won't be able > to get to the grocery store. fortunately, i have a > well stocked pantry, fridge, and freezer. any > suggestions would be much appreciated! > > tia, > susie > > > > > >
