Guest guest Posted December 14, 2005 Report Share Posted December 14, 2005 Broccoli and Rice Casserole 2(10 oz) pkg.frozen, chopped broccoli (cooked) 1-2c. cooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 small jar cheeze whiz (optional) 1 stick margarine Combine mushroom soup, cheese and margarine..heating until well blended to make a sauce!
