Guest guest Posted December 13, 2005 Report Share Posted December 13, 2005 Veggie Tuna taken from Delights of the Garden 5 lbs carrots, peeled 2 stalks celery 1 bell pepper, chopped (optional) 1 sm red onion, diced 1 lg tomato ½ c mayo 2 tbsp soy sauce (tamari) 1 tbsp sea salt 2 tsp kelp seasoning Juice the carrots. Save the pulp, drink the juice. Finely chopp rest of veggies and mix with carrots. Knead in mayo, then soy sauce, then salt and seasoning.
