Hi Ray/Luke, I would think so since many Indian dishes have fruit like dates

in them. Not sure, many some of the curry fans will know. Curry has never

been a favourite of mine. I will eat it bu in small quantities buried in

the centre of my rice. PT hooked me into trying Iranian recipes and I promise

to get some posted soon. Since I made the Persian Rice with Tahdeeg I'm

addicted. Donna

I love the sound of the wild mushroom curry do you think it would go well

with a fresh fruit and nut starter?

Hi little flower, have you tried the red curry? its nothing like the yellow

type, more chilli and cumin and other spices. I think it is based more on

cambodian cooking not the cooking of the Indian sub continent ray
