Just depends a lot on how flavorful your soup was before you add the milk - the milk will dilute the flavor, so kick it up beforehand. You can also use some quick oats you've ground up in a blender, then stir into the soup and puree the soup.... you can also add silken tofu and puree the soup... lots of ways to get a " creamy " soup, which is sometimes different from a " cream of " soup. But the idea is the same! So just play with it and do what you like... if the soup doesn't come out the way you like at first, add a bunch of garlic and put it into a casserole dish, *lol* Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
