I do like some butter but I try to use olive oil more now. I have so much more energy since I don't eat meat anymore. I feel good now like you do Chanda. I make all the vegetables everyone talks about in here. I never knew what to do with them before. I didn't even know what they looked like but I read the signs in the vegetable section and find them.
