Vegetarian rutabagas Chanda

They do taste a little like a turnip but cook up a bright yellow color. You

will find thay are harder and take longer to cook. I usually mash them in with

boiled potatoes or you can try the applesauce cinnamon recipe.

Toss one in a veggie stew or add to soup.
