Lentil w/rice and spinach soaking lentils Denise

I see that in recipes now and then but I have never soaked them myself. They

cook up so fast, seems like they would turn to mush if you soak them.

I too have made lentils, never pre-soaking.

It's not my recipe- I usually only soak other beans such as pinto or red. I do

not soak my lentils either!
