If you go to recipes, and click on soups, and then hot soup folder

you will find Mexican Avocado Soup. It's very good. I see there's

also Spicy Rustic Ranch Soup with Avocado Trim. I don't see a folder

set up for avocados so you have to look around. Most of the time they

are used as a garnish, guacamole, topping for salads. I have served

them stuffed them with the tofuna recipe and I sprinkle sunflower seeds

on top with alfalfa sprouts......Fiona
