Can you cut off the edges and bake the center a little longer. I know, make my brownie recipe and 10 minutes before it's done, take the centers and spread across the top of the brownies and put back in the oven. It's worth a try and it's my Big Sur Hippie Brownies, they are failproof. I don't have any more sugar (well, I think there's a tablespoon in there) as I've been really trying to cut back... but I'll think about whatever else I could put them on... Hmmm.
