Guest guest
It's wonderful having you with us, very interesting introduction too. We will encourage you and tempt you also with our recipe file. Have you browsed our recipe files yet? I'm Donna in Calif and I've been a vegetarian for over 25 years. If you have any recipe requests, questions or want to know how to prepare a certain veggies just ask. Looking forward to one of your favorite recipes also. I have weight and health issues so veggies is the ONLY way for me to go now and I am such a weinie and so weak willed when it comes to Ch**ken. BUT... I have promised myself that I would live all of my remaining 100+ years (Oh, I'm an optimist too <grin>) as a vegetarian, get slimmer, healthier, wealthier and hopefully, somewhere along the road, wiser. Anyhow I'm 54, married 24 years to a wonderful man who is a dairy/beef herdsman. So you know how difficult this is for me.... have 2 adult daughters, the youngest who is mentally challanged in a small way and DS still live at home. We have 9 adorable cats and 3 pain in the butt dogs. We live in the middle of a dairy/beef/chicken community in rural ontario 30 miles southeast of Ottawa. I am really looking forward to some new recipes and to share some of my TnT recipes with you. Some encouragement would be nice too.... As for the Asparagus Roll Ups, man do I remember them. They bring back memories of afternoon tea with grandma, petite fours and watercress sandwiches. Gosh, I hadn't thought about them in years...
