I really thought I posted this one when we first started the group. This is a good one from Bon Appetit magazine back in 1981. I searched the net for it and by lucky chance it is posted in : www.recipezaar.com search for recipe #56836 Crustless Spinach Quiche It will take me days to find my copy and post again. I need a Spinach type pie to take to dinner for Christmas. Yesterday, while trying to plan Christmas dinner with my daughter in law, we tried to think of something different. In the past we have done foods of different countries, ordered Chinese (yes they are open Christmas), and done traditional type dinners. (We are the only vegetarians but everyone loves what we bring to share) So yesterday we decided to draw a letter of the alphabet from a hat and only bring three things that start with that letter! I got the letter - S. Haven't planned everything yet but I thought Spinach Pie would be great. Jane
