[recipe] Tomato Balsamic Salad Dressing ~ vegan

i just love this salad dressing. It is good on your

regular mixed salads and also yummy drizzled

over cooked veggies & greens.

 

Tomato Balsamic Salad Dressing

 

3/4 cup cup tomato juice

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 envelope Italian dressing mix

2 tsp sugar

 

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients;

shake well. Store in refrigerator. Yield: 1 cup.
