Guest guest
We are getting even more snow! James is just lovin' it and I don't mind too much as it's so pretty. Yesterday, we had a phenomenal experience; the air was so cold that all the moisture was freezing and falling as 6-sided snowflakes. They were so tiny but very beautiful, I went out to have some land on me so I could look at them. The sun was shining so when you looked out it looked as if someone had thrown a bunch of glitter up in the air. A laughter of joy erupted out of me because it was so spectacular. Last night it started snowing again and we got about 4 " overnight and it's still snowing, perhaps slowing down a little bit. Should be done by the afternoon. So, we've probably got about 10 " total accumulation. It's the perfect skiing snow too, soft and powdery. Anyway, enough off topic. Guest guest
Denise - that's awesome that you could appreciate it... at ten inches of snow there's a strong possibility I'd have just stayed indoors.... :-) But I do recall in high school photography class taking pictures of snowflakes by laying out a black cloth. It was fun. Glad you enjoyed the glittery day! *hugs* for the momtobe Amy
