Thyme Bulgur 2 cups vegetable broth 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves pinch of salt Pinch nutmeg 1 cup bulgur In 2-quart saucepan, heat broth, thyme, salt and nutmeg to a boil over high heat. Add bulgur, reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
