Welcome in. You are my neighbor, I live about 3 miles from you. Have you eaten

at The Spot in Hermosa Beach, Geen Temple in Redondo beach, Rocky Cola Cafe in

Hermosa it has full second menu with all vegetarian and healthy dishes, then

there is rthe House of Vege in Torrance vegan Chinese. Let me now....Donna

an Irishman I take it? well my daughter and I have bright red hair so you should

like us, LOL.

My suggestion as far as the cancer prevention classes goes, you really can't

learn anything there that you can't learn on line. Try google.com and typing in

foods for cancer prevention etc. also, I have learned so much about cancer

prevention from this site: www.whfoods.com

 

the greens are great for fighting cancer, well.... so are many foods, go there

and peruse that site.
