Tofu

I was just noting in a recipe book at the book store a suggestion to drop frozen

tofu into boiling water and boil for a few minutes to give it a different

texture. Anyone hear about that. Also, another site said to drain the water off

of the tofu prior to freezing it and put it into a air tight container. Wonder

if that changes it as I have always just thrown the new package into the freezer

water and all.
