Guest guest Posted December 7, 2005 Report Share Posted December 7, 2005 I was just noting in a recipe book at the book store a suggestion to drop frozen tofu into boiling water and boil for a few minutes to give it a different texture. Anyone hear about that. Also, another site said to drain the water off of the tofu prior to freezing it and put it into a air tight container.
