Canned asparagus seems so mushy but you know after reading this post of yours I

will give it a try. If I can eat cold cream of mushroom soup cold from the can

I am not picky......LOL

I love the canned potatoes seasoned up and sauteed.

Main thing is your little angel eats her veggies with Mom and that's a good

thing just like Jenn and her twins with their canned veggies.

are you kidding??!!

OMG my 8 year old daughter and me, we LOVE canned peas, I sauté them in a pan

with a little olive oil, garlic powder, and sea salt and pepper.

She even takes them to school in her thermos and puts up with other kids'

" ewwww's " cause she likes them that much, LOL.

And canned asparagus, um, sauté that with 2 cloves of chopped garlic, and a

small onion coarsely chopped. sauté the onion and garlic a bit first, then add

the asparagus (drained) and sauté a few minutes, it's a yummy treat! and it's

way nutritious too!

Blessings,

Chanda
