Mix all your seasonings with it, and then take a small spoonful in your hand and pack it around the bottom of the onion. Got that? Now roll in finely grated cheddar or crushed nuts you character.........LOL Leave the tops on the onions. You can feather the tops but cutting down the tops lengthwise and fanning them out.
