About 1/2 the block. 4 oz. of cream cheese, and it will get soft if you leave

it out of the fridge for about an hour. Mix all your seasonings with it, and

then take a small spoonful in your hand and pack it around the bottom of the

onion. Got that? Now roll in finely grated cheddar or crushed nuts you

character.........LOL Leave the tops on the onions. You can feather the tops

but cutting down the tops lengthwise and fanning them out. Do I need to post a

picture of my onions? hehehehe Donna
