Rinse them, while they are draining, saute garlic, onion, herbs and spices, one par boiled potato diced and add the nopales (cactus). You can add some drained stewed tomatoes also. Eat with steamed tortillas. They taste a bit like green beans. You can top this on rice also. All vegan too...........Donna Jenni Billings <jenni wrote: =) Happy to be back!!!
