Guest guest
Anne, where do you buy your seitan? I'm not sure if I've even seen it at any of the stores in Des Moines. That popcorn " chiken " sounds good. I've only had seitan in Asian food and have never, ever messed with it myself. But, ya know, sometimes I get tired of the freezer fake meats and tofu. I suppose I could find a source on line to order it. Oh, I know what you mean about the bulk bins. It's so refreshing to go to a store that offers bulk stuff, I sure wish it would catch on here in this town. Well, it will with this co-op we're attempting to launch. Hope everyone else is staying warm. Anne and I are freezing our little toes off, it's -8 at 8:30 this morning, high is to be around 9 and more snow on the way! I think I may get out the crockpot this weekend.
