They even can many veggies with no salt added. They aren't a bad

thing and if there are no fresh veggies available and you run out of

frozen, why not?

I saute onions and garlic and slice up the canned potatoes with herbs

and those aren't bad at all.

I like the french cut canned green beans, those are great on top of

salads.

I think it's wonderful your twins are eating veggies.

Dirty diapers. eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee time for me to run......LOL
