what to do with beets? Erin

I reckon if I didn't like onions, I wouldn't have put

them in my roasted veggies, described below. Hehe. :)

Too funny.........LOL A good luagh is wonderful right now!

I love onions so much I might saute 3 onions with one beet.

I was going to say, do you like mustard seeds? They are good in a saute also.
