I suggest you test the spices and see what you desire in taste. This is a very

good mix but maybe you like it a little hotter ot a tiny less salt, or more

garlic. I haven't altered this mix except when I make a batch for 3 people that

are garlic lovers, I add extra in theirs.

Is the Thai seasoning real hot? It's not like Chinese 5 Star Spice is it?

P/S LInda I've been busy but I did finally get your pictures loaded in the

folder and they are wonderful too (:- ) Donna

I do want to try what you have put in below so I best get my butt in gear and

find it. There is also a seasoning called Thai seasoning by Spice Island (I

might have the name reversed) but it is a major spice company and it is

wonderful in soups and everything else. I recommend it if you like spices. I had

a spice guy tell me once that the best time to buy spices is every six months as

that is when they go on sale...now and then next June or so.

I don't know what Chinese 5 star is, but the Thai really perks up soups and it

depends on how much you put in as to how hot it is.

Was I worried about the time to get the pics up? LOL I think I forgot anyway.

Have to go look now. <smiling> Thanks dear.
