Guest guest
I suggest you test the spices and see what you desire in taste. This is a very good mix but maybe you like it a little hotter ot a tiny less salt, or more garlic. I haven't altered this mix except when I make a batch for 3 people that are garlic lovers, I add extra in theirs. Is the Thai seasoning real hot? It's not like Chinese 5 Star Spice is it? P/S LInda I've been busy but I did finally get your pictures loaded in the folder and they are wonderful too (:- ) Donna linda <lindai81 wrote: I do want to try what you have put in below so I best get my butt in gear and find it. There is also a seasoning called Thai seasoning by Spice Island (I might have the name reversed) but it is a major spice company and it is wonderful in soups and everything else. I recommend it if you like spices. I had a spice guy tell me once that the best time to buy spices is every six months as that is when they go on sale...now and then next June or so. linda " Whatever you do will be insignificant and it is very important that you do it. Guest guest
I don't know what Chinese 5 star is, but the Thai really perks up soups and it depends on how much you put in as to how hot it is. Was I worried about the time to get the pics up? LOL I think I forgot anyway. Have to go look now. <smiling> Thanks dear. linda " Whatever you do will be insignificant and it is very important that you do it.
