Did it arrive in your email box yet? I posted it over an hour ago to

Jenni.

I have seen so many people struggle with a mango or they don't buy

them because they have no idea how to peel them.

They are a very tasty fruit, very versatile also.

Yessum, it sho 'nuff did. :>) and I was very redfaced once I saw you'd

already posted it to Jenni.

 

I love that little " bite " at the end of the swallow of the mango. You know

what I'm talkin' about?

bite at the end? No, I never noticed. Do you like them in salads? I sure do,

with avocado, jicama, green onions, lettuce.....you know a yummy salad. (:- )

I make a yummy salad with romaine lettuce, cubed mango, cubed avocado,

roasted asparagus, with a chili-citrus dressing.
