Guest guest
I can't remember the name of the brand I usually purchase,it's a 1 lb. tub,(don't use silken tofu) and they have 4 extra firm squares in water. Extra firm tofu in a tub works fine and also if you freeze the tub and thaw, the tofu will take on a chewy texture. I don't have my container at home since I used it last night but I will post the information when I buy another. I didn't think this rub would taste as good as it did. I was very surprised with the turnout. I think a sprinkle of red pepper flakes would be a good addition too. Mya , " Wind Chimes " <chimies@e...> wrote: > > YUMMO!
