Guest guest
I rubbed this on our tofu steaks and let sit in the fridge for one hour before I cooked them on the George Grill. Simply delicious with baked potatoes. Orange Garlic Wet Rub 1 tablespon zest grated from orange 2 large garlic cloves, minced 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage leaves (I used dried) 2 tsps. 1 tablespoon olive or canola oil 1 tablespoon orange marmalade 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. salt Mix all together on small bowl. Rub over tofu steaks. I took a fork and poked holes so the flavors would penetrate the tofu, and placed them in the refrigerator for one hour to marinade.
