I have sauerkraut in the can (not my favorite style), brats in the freezer, beer in the frigie and my crockpot close at hand. The Alcohol will cook off, and the beer cutts the sour from the kraut! ENJOY!!! I forgot to mention I also will add some fresh garlic and black pepper while it is cooking!
