Prairie Fire Dip 1 can (16 oz) refried beans 1/2 cup provolone cheese 2 Tbs butter or margarine, optional 1 Tbs finely minced onion 1 garlic clove, minced [or 2 or 3 *lol*] 2 to 3 tsp chili powder * Dash of hot pepper sauce Large corn chips In a saucepan, combine the beans, cheese, butter if desired, onion, garlic, chilipowder and hot sauce. * i squirt in a generous amount of sriracha hot chili sauce~ http://www.huyfong.com * Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and dip is heated through. Serve with corn chips.
