This year i want to try making this with vegan alternatives. Herbed Cheese Dip 1 package (8oz) nonfat cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup skim milk 1 Tbs nonfat sour cream 1 Tbs minced fresh parsley 1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp olive oil 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp reduced fat margarine, softened 3/4 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp dried tarragon 1/4 tsp celery seed 1/8 tsp dill weed Fresh vegetables In a small bowl, combine the first 12 ingredients; beat until smooth. Serve with vegetables. Store in refrigerator. Yield: 1 1/2 cups Nutritional Analysis: 2 tablespoons equals 28 calories, 114mg sodium, 2mg cholesterol, 2gm carbohydrate, 3gm protien, 1gm trace fat, trace fiber.
